Bernie and Lucy. (Dog Day Afternoon)

On Oriental Parade there is a Cafe called "Bernies" and when we first arrived in Wellington it came complete with a Large Newfoundland of that name. He was lovely, tame as and always happy to see you. Unfortunately these large dogs don't have a long life so Bernie passed a while ago but after walking past (and stopping) a lot, today we noticed that there is now a tribute to him cut out of a bit of steel plate behind where you sit. The  bits of body are background trees seen by looking through it. The view the other way is buildings. 
AND then there is "Lucy" who has a busted ligament so gets to ride until its fixed. (extra)
