Luke, Laura, Sarah and I took Otter and Jess down to Routin Brig for a walk and a swim. Otter went in the water but he's not yet a confident swimmer like Jess. They both enjoyed themselves though. (and see extra).

Fun and games all day with the septic tank - the van slithered its way up our drive and over more snowdrops and brought a digger to uncover the tank, which is in the field next to our house. A whole day of digging later, they had found some pipes but not the tank. Back again tomorrow...

Tonight Joe came round for tea, which Luke and Laura cooked for us.I went out to the Samba Sisters' AGM and then rushed home to be with all our guests as they are leaving in the morning.
