Caramel Squares

I finally sorted out the whole Caramel Square Conundrum.... Although these are apparently Fudge Squares!

It's biscuit crumbs in a quick caramel, covered in chocolate, I thought that Caramel Squares were a more casual name for Millionaire's Shortbread, but no that's something else!

Made these at the weekend ... They are delicious!
