He finished the crossword first! We do the Irish Examiner cryptic crossword over lunch! We have to have a copy each otherwise it gets tense. If it's super tough there might be some collaboration and it's interesting how we get different clues. He's holding his pen very beautifully too - and the ink has to be black. Franklin was a lively fellow and went on a bit last night but this morning I woke with a start convinced someone had just turned the light on. Good God it was sunshine, no wonder I had a shock. A very pleasant couple of hours in the polytunnel clearing just about everything for I've just realised it's that time of year when things should be planted. One side is done and I might do the other tomorrow. The mizzle came back in the afternoon but no wind, so back to well work.
