Another quiet recovery day. I shopped at the local grocery and took a walk. I finished a rather feeble collection of writers’ anecdotes about knitting and have returned to ‘Eavesdropping on Jane Austen’s England,’ a social history by Roy and Lesley Adkins which is much more interesting.
