Goose

Pasties stuffed with left over roasted goose meat and a dollop of cranberry sauce. Made with yeast dough. Still having trouble with handling the soft stretchy dough and so the funny shapes. But they taste good. Cold, grey and windy outside so kitchen is a nice place to be.
