After the Storms

P spent the morning rescuing our our dog-proof fence & our BT line from being wrecked by an unruly plum tree in our neighbour's hedge - they did know it was in a dangerous state & there's now a pile of wood for them to collect.

I prowled around with the camera after the wind dropped a little & the rain ceased. The hellebores have been shooting up over the last few days, but are probably wishing they'd kept their heads down for a bit longer as they're looking somewhat bruised at the moment.
