Thawing out

After church and a skim through the Sunday papers it was defrosting the freezer time.

I had hoped for a cold day to keep the contents cool outside but at 10+oC I felt I had to move quickly. Saucepans with hot water seems to work best for me followed by a towel dry and hairdryer.

Everything back in and noted and the ice cream remained firm.

I even had time later to do a bit of gardening and then to put the path back having dug it up to find the central heating outflow pipe. See extra. Or, more accurately not find the outflow. Plan B for the central heating worked well however.
