Storm Franklin on his way …

The Atlantic jet stream is ill disposed to the British Isles at the moment. A series of named storms are peppering our shores this month. After our young house guests left mid morning we went for a walk before the weather deteriorated in the afternoon.

Eve Muirhead’s rink brought home a GB Olympic gold on the last day of the winter games.

The Queen has caught Covid but is still carrying on light duties in her 96th year. I did wonder what she really thought of this report in some of today’s papers :
