Teaching Day!

Today was a busy day setting off to travel too Birmingham too teach two CPD courses. This shot was taken during the practical element of the Circuits course, the group devised and shared delivery of a circuit class, to demonstrate their understanding.

Luckily they all passed today, and they were a friendly bunch too!!
