Rochford church

A quick blip today as once again the wind has been severe

I made it under the river to Essex (yes I paid my entrance fee) and over to see Pamela's cousin Ray and his wife Shiela. Haven't seen them for 4+ years so lots to catch up on as you'd imagine and plenty of reminiscing of course.

The wind naturally got worse as the day went on so my hours journey home became 2 as the bridge back over the Thames was closed. Who'd have thought so many people want to get back to Kent on a Sunday evening! I was very good and didn't get annoyed with those that insist on jumping the queue to push in at the last minute either :-/
