The Remains of the Day

I had hoped to snap a good blip at Bertie’s first group lesson but, with four other dogs  and their humans present, we were far too busy to think about such things. 
Late in the evening I suddenly remembered that something important was missing from my day …… a blip. So here is my emergency blip, an empty wine glass, an empty coffee mug, and a nearly empty water glass. All that was left before I fell asleep!
