Skinny Croissant

I'm not particularly proud of the croissant (I had to cut 4 from a disc of bought flaky pastry in something of a hurry), but it was the only photo I took today. We've since been to church then off to Amareleja for a slap-up meal with Dutch and Swedish friends and are now winding down and baking bread in the woodburner.
