Powerful and inspiring aids to navigate this interesting time include having a regular and varied exercise routine including yoga geared towards reshaping our interior and exterior selves mentally and physically shifting away from the traditional ways of thinking and dealing with menopause and instead embracing alternatives to make us feel whole and understand ourselves again. Giving ourselves permission to spend the time in quiet reflection also helps. For me this is what Sunday mornings are all about....reflection, taking stock and cultivating inspiration.
