Garlic

I wouldn't touch garlic until nearly 2 years ago.
During Lockdown 1, we started collecting a contact-free veg box from a fruit &veg stall that goes to a local garden centre twice a week. You ordered your box via an online form, gave your car registration, put the money in the boot, and when you arrived the staff opened the boot and exchanged the money for your order.
It was completely pot luck as to what you received each week. Covid was rife and the vaccine was still months away, so I started using garlic as it has traditional been used as an infection fighter against viruses.
I rather like using it now. And it's quite pretty!
