A snowy start to Friday and so the meeting we had planned for the morning was put off until another day. As I had a church magazine to edit I wasn't overly upset by our decision. It was proving to be a troublesome task and not going ras smoothly as I had hoped.

Took a break in the afternoon and went for a walk around Banknock and along the Canal, where I saw this pair of oystercatchers. They are a fairly unusual sight here and not the usual occupants of these fence-posts.
