My sister and family, having postponed travelling yesterday evening, arrived at lunchtime today. After eating and chatting, we all managed a walk by the sea at Emsworth and could see how high the tide had come up into the shore and surrounding gardens yesterday. Oliver enjoyed collecting ‘sea glass’.

Back home for spaghetti bolognaise.
