I can never resist a chance to photograph a tractor and this one reminded me of growing up on the farm. One of these arrived some time after the grey fergie and I spent many happy hours driving it.

It was a lovely afternoon and so we decided to take a drive to the famous Buffalo farm shop near Auchtertool as Mrs AMK was needing mozzarella for a recipe and we had never tried Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella. We have followed the journey on TV of the farmer to acquire these milk buffaloes with his dream of making his own mozzarella. I didn’t expect to find an old tractor sitting outside the shop.

I hope the mozzarella recipe tastes good. !
