I’ve been completely out of sorts today, headache, sneezy, aching, a walking advert for flu medicine. Did the obligatory test, negative, managed the Saturday shop but that was it, done in!
So read a lot, dipped in and out of the curling, followed the Jambos stumbling to another defeat (their goalie and striker had Covid, the others …. ?), watched catch-up Junior Bake-off, always good for the soul.
A hot bath and bed by nine o’clock with so much Deep Heat on my leg muscles that my eyes are watering. That’s it, good night!
