Great Western Malting

I spent all morning in the kitchen, made two different soups, bread dough, vegan cheese, rice and beans.  It was much colder and cloudy today but no rain so I went for a walk this afternoon.  I didn't get any great bird shots so I thought I would go with this one of Great Western Malting is the oldest malting company in the western US supplying brewers, distillers and food processors.  It is located on the Columbia River for easy transport of malt barley from Colorado, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
