Calm

A much calmer sea today. The roofer came and told us what needed doing, promised to message a quote and date later. It didn’t come! I’ll leave it until Monday and message him again. Last time they did our roof, we were on lockdown and I was doing a lot of baking. As he left this morning he said ‘I hope there’ll be cake!’

LC is closed until Tuesday! I heard about it via Twitter first! I have a school in on Monday and of course no way of contacting them until Monday morning. I just hope someone answers the phone before the kids get on the coach!

Poor Mr L now has antibiotic induced oral thrush. It looks painful and nasty, but I do wish he could suffer a little more quietly!
