Decaying alstroemeria

I kept back a flowerhead from a bunch of alstroemeria that were past their sell by date, flattened it and photographed it on the light box. I was surprised to see how much decay was not visible without the help of a macro lens. Perhaps tomorrow the weather will be up to me photographing outside.
