11 miler

Did an 11 mile loop out by the Spray river this morning and it was glorious as you can see here! Excited for my weekend now hoping it brings 3 days of adventure as I have planned.

Felt really good this morning even though it was within 48hrs of the 18 miler. Definitely improving and have raised my target mara time to 3:20 hrs. Although remembering what a different story that is at 30+k. Anyhow, lots of exciting things going on atm and ideas flowing.

We also found out we are getting a pimping new place on Banff Ave in August! Balcony and fully loaded. Also recieved a cheque from the government and got a bunch of easter eggs in the post from Mum! Thanks Mum! My favorites too! What a good day! MOre cheer and sunshine to come!
