Simon AKA Benny.

When the girls were here last, they decided that Benny was a better name for Simon the Snail.

So it looks like Benny has a girlfriend, I'm calling her Betty.

The two houses behind us that are up for sale, had open houses today.  At the same time!

There were a lot of cars there.

One house is priced between $850,000 - $899,000.  The other one you have to request the price.  But a similar one up the road sold for over $900,000 last year!

Can't believe how much they've gone up by.  And to think we couldn't even sell ours a few years ago.

One of the girls (4 of them share)  moved out of the rental next door today.

But the biggest news of today, was an email from my sister.

I've just become a great-great aunt, and she's a great grandmother!
