Friday!

I guess I was jam-packed with meetings all day but they were nice ones, about interesting things, with enthusiastic people. 

I made scrambled eggs tonight. I know that sounds silly but I have never successfully made them, I always made frittatas. (I think they are frittatas.) Scrambled eggs done poorly are icky so I was never super motivated to do them myself. Tonight I bothered to read directions and made some with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and feta. I guess there wasn't any real benefit to making them scrambled instead but now I know how.
