Storm Eunice arrived!

The Amber warning issued yesterday for the whole of today in this area was increased to a Red warning for the period 10am -3pm. And it was spot on! Very strong winds (75-80+mph) built up, passed over, and gradually decreased until the evening was just ‘windy’ and the temperature dropping towards freezing. Some damage and trees down in the village.
We did not venture out!
