Brrrrrrr!!

I was at Castle Espie today for the puddle jumping and it was cold!! Bitterly cold! We were very lucky really that Storm Eunice pretty much bypassed us, except that it was very cold and blowing a gale. There were some people around this morning and the children enjoyed their jumping into puddles  - but having been outside from 10:30, by 1:30 I could no longer feel my fingers or toes and after a chat with the Education Manager,  I came home early. It took a couple of hours before I thawed out. Hopefully it will be better on Sunday when I'll be there again
