With Blue Fingers In Mittens

This is what I deserve after the week I have had. 

A nice Chocolate Chilli Stout and some curly squiggles. 

So, Auditor has been in all week.  "Helen, can I just ask you... " Helen, is it okay if I ask you... "   Helen, why has this been treated this way?" 

I know its not a personal attack on me, but bloody hell it does feel that way.  Not even finished yet.   2 more subsidiaries next week, the two largest subs and probably the most questions. 

Early mornings, late nights.  

We actually had a revision to our contract this year - shorter hours, AND our pay stayed the same.  I've yet to take advantage of the shorter working week - but bloody hell - everyone else does. 

Not only the audit this week- but also more budget work.  More rows with software installer. And... one of my colleagues tested positive for Covid yesterday.  

Slightly perturbed about that, but I've tested negative now, and I'll try again tomorrow. 

Hopefully a little drier tomorrow, and we can get to the allotment - just outside for a breath of fresh air.
