The last rays

Both kids were off school under the weather today...Nate seems to have perked up but Asha's gone in the opposite direction and has headed to bed tonight feeling distinctly grotty. Poor chicken. The good thing about being in with them all morning meant I got some website stuff done for 24-7. At lunchtime we wrestled the kids out for some fresh air and vitamin D...it was quite an effort but worth it I think. 
This afternoon I went up to Sa Penya. Soooo good to drink coffee in Sole's house and have time with her and Chele...then later as we waited in this square for Marcial, great to chat to some other women. This photo was taken to show one of the kids how my camera worked! As you can, my lense is very dirty but I quite liked the spots of light! 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Memories...namely old family pics sent through by a friend. The funny thing is they were hard copy photos taken in Birmingham, that aA and MdT had in Brazil, gave to a friend, who took pics of them and sent them to Julia in Manchester who then sent them on to me in Ibiza! Ha! 
2) The joy and privilege of being up in Sa Penya chatting with Roma women who are now warm with me but have taken years to get to this point of friendliness. 
3) Paracetamol and honey!
