Rescued

I spotted a daffodil that had been flattened by the wind so I rescued it, together with a few more. They are a small variety, so look just right in the little cat jug that used to belong to my mother in law.
It is still very windy outside, after an afternoon of gale force gusts that made the house shudder. There are fallen leaves and twigs all over the garden, but nothing serious. However, local media already shows a few fallen trees in the village, one that had crushed a car.
I hope my blip friends are safe.
