Windy compost delivery

I had a green compost delivery booked before work (8am) today and I was worried the storm was going to make it difficult but luckily, the worst windy conditions happened after I was done and safely home. 

I'll need more compost and manure throughout the growing season but it's great that I've been able to top up some of the beds at the front and in the middle of the plot. I also often order a cube of peat free compost before the start of the growing season, which I cover or put in old compost bags to keep costs down and save me endless garden centre trips and the plastic bags that the compost comes in. 

With a full plot and a greenhouse, and growing most things from seed, I need to be ready for a lot of potting on and growing on!
