Pork Score

Our oldest son Miah, lives with his wife in LA (33 miles away)and works for me 2 days each week. We have a wonderful meat shop nearby and Miah purchased some pork chops (beef prices have really escalated) for a lovely meal with his lovely wife. Sadly he forgot to grab the pork chops out of the fridge before returning home. His loss…our gain. In a quick call he even revealed his favorite grilling recipe…hot sauce and brown sugar glaze.’Twas Devine!
