Teddy at home

Teddy is back with us for a few days as its the holidays and the girls can take it in turns to stay home at look after him.
Ian visited today and we all went to see Rafi at the hospital (Colin was there overnight).
Rafi was seen today by the Tobii rep (eye gaze machine) He brought a better machine and Rafi did quite well with it and has it to try for a couple of weeks.I'm pretty sure that eventually Rafi will progress from the eye gaze machine to a keyboard and then hopefully to speech.
Rafi was able to show his Granny and Uncle Ian how he has progressed (thumbs up, fingers crossed, tongue out, leg moves) He's had a few sucks on a mouth sponge with blackcurrant squash on which he really enjoyed.No words today even with £10 bribe from his Dad!!?
When I left Rafi gave me the most wonderful hug it was so special to feel his arms tight around me.
