Another swim session

Had a fairly productive day - got a paper reviewed which I discussed with my students, completed a reply to referees concerning my latest paper, started back on the grant proposal and ticked off some work emails 

Finished about 7 pm, and by 8 pm I was in the pool at the uni had a really nice swim for about 45 mins - still managed to attract the crowd of noisy lads! Not a big fan of the unisex changing rooms
