Slater Bridge

A slow start then Hels and Mum appeared so we went walking. 

Across from Tilberthwaite Cathedral Quarry where H did a secret school thing and Alf and Johnnie went rock climbing then to Slater Bridge which is one of the oldest river crossings in the lakes. It's a very interesting place.  After sandwiches on the rocks we headed back for a final well earned dinner.
