this morning  i went to a dementia support group meeting…there is a possibility that this will be started here….it was very interesting and if a group will start here i will go to that regularly

then a bite to eat and off to town in between the showers, i took some photos at the old station and love the clarity….there are a lot of differences in the camera that i need to start to use….nice…..i also bought a little light box……

from 3-4 it was love2move and Cameron works us really well….we all notice , he even does, how we all are progressing in stamina balance and stability….

looking forward to Dragons den and the Apprentice.
