Thankfully there are still places in Japan where you can just sit; a small park in the middle of urban sprawls. I’m appreciating them more as I’m older. It was easier to be consumed by drive and ambition at an earlier age when the goals were only for yourself. Real responsibility changes that. You get tired and want to tune out.

I’m not the first to say it, but it’s good to come to the realisation.
