Battening hatches . . .

Positively balmy weather today.  Put washing on the line before heading to the market.  Two fruit & veg stallholders and the bread stall declared it unlikely they would be on the market on Friday thanks to storm Eunice.  The bread stall sold me two loaves at a reduced price. 
Wind picking up a bit when I took hound for his walk. He wasn't enjoying his walk much.  My knees were twinging, maybe his were too so it was a shorter walk.
Readeasy student after lunch.  Made a marmalade cake and prepared dinner. 
Watched last episode of The Bay.  Now to take the hound for loo break in the howling Dudley.
