Emirates lounge Dubai

A relaxing place to wait for a flight. Not that we were stressed after our flight from Vienna. We were met at the gate and frog marched/escorted to a buggy then fast tracked through security and taken into the lounge. I had indulged a bit too much in the non stop champagne and the fabulous food so I could only manage Mylanta and peppermint tea in the lounge.
Yes, it was First Class, a once in a lifetime event. The flight tickets were bought up so quickly when the borders opened that First Class tickets were cheaper than the remaining Business Class tickets. We hadn’t flown for over 2 years so we could justify the cost.
