Charlestown Day

We've realised that when we stay in Fowey we tend to always visit the same few places. Today was Charlestown's turn. Not much sunshine but we only had a few spots of rain. I was a bit disappointed with the weather really as I was hoping for more of a storm so I could get some crashing waves shots.

I got lots of photos again so there are some extras.

A duck.
A lady waving, but not at me!
A man painting, not bothered at all by the weather.

I did a lateral flow test this morning as I felt a bit tired and sounded a bit nasal, but it was negative. We have a restaurant booked for this evening as this is our last night.  We are leaving a day early to travel up to Bristol for an overnight hotel stay. Mrsfb has an appointment at Southmead on Friday morning to check up on her hip. I would imagine they will be very pleased with how it has gone and probably won't want to see her again.

We are hoping the weather will be OK again tomorrow as we haven't been across to Polruan yet, and also somehow haven't had a pasty yet.

In other news I caught up with the camera club competition results. I missed the judging on Monday. I got one commended and one nothing, which is better than two nothings I suppose.
