Sir Joseph Banks and Horncastle.

Horncastle has still got so many connections with Sir Joseph Banks. I’m sure if he returned today he would still recognize his town house and the new Sir Joseph Banks center which would have been an old building in his time. The canal is still here but not navigable though still serving the town by taking the water away from the town.
