Amaryllis

Spent most of today indoors.  Weather was dry but very cold.  Looking back I don't seem to have done much just general pottering around doing a few chores.

Slimming group this evening.  Quite busy again.  I gained one pound this week - bit disappointing but I will stick with it.

There was a competition tonight where you could enter a syn free recipe that you had made up or was a favourite.  Normally we would have had a taster night as well and everyone would have brought something that they had made.... but the Church Hall still isn't allowing food on the premises.  Rather annoying as other Church Halls in the area where Slimming World groups meet do allow food and their taster nights have gone ahead. Anyway there were three entries to the competition and we voted Adele as the winner.  Her recipe was a cheesy pasta dish.

For Tiny Tuesday I took a close up shot of one of my Amaryllis flowers.  A few days ago there were 6 flowers in bloom.  Now there are three.  Thanks to Cathy1947  for hosting.
