Salads

This being Valentine's Day, we went out to dinner at a restaurant with a fixed menu. We had to wait for our reserved table, enjoying a glass of wine at the time, and got observe the sous chef in action. These caprese salads were not destined for our table, but we did get the very same item once we were seated. A wonderful night with delicious food.
