Brown's Mountain

This is my new favorite hiking spot, Brown's Ranch.  Brown's Mountain is in the distant background.  It's about 2.2-miles to the top.  Scout and I go about 3-times per week. Occasionally we see a horseback rider or a mountain biker.  Scout has been to rattlesnake training school, and I always keep her on a leash.  She instinctively stays away from burrs and cactus barbs.
