Market Bell

Continuing with my 'Look up theme' is Cockermouth market bell found in an alcove above a shop in the market place.   800 years the king granted Cockermouth a Saturday market revised to a Monday market later.  There isn't currently a market and the bell has stood silent.  The bell you see has been refurbished.
