50% of my waking hours today were spent devising some training I'll be leading in three weeks time. 
10% in a meeting with the architect about when my house might or might not become a building site.
And a surprising 18% in a very friendly Zoom call which included a lot of helpful information about how I cope with what preoccupied 50%.
