Ouch

My arse is killing me. Tempted to buy a gel saddle.

I forgot the pain of saddle cheeks.

It was not good weather this morning but I felt so much better for a good nights sleep that it did not put me off this mornings power walk. We put our new spare bedroom mattress on last night and gave it a test drive. Money well spent I think.

My legs felt very heavy and took a while to warm up on my walk but walk we did and a lot quicker than yesterday. I think I need to extend my route. I am enjoying it very much but dont want to put myself off. I feel sorry (guilty) old boy is missing out on our walks but he really needs to rest his leg its quite bad at the moment.

After a quick change it was time for the tesco, lidl, waitrose run. My bones are hurting very much today so I'm finding it quite hard going.

After I dumped the shopping I raced to Sarie's house for a coffee. I met her sister sasha and daughter bella

When I got home Charlotte arrived for a flying visit and husband had come home with a headache.

I have made an appointment for the dentist. They can fit me in tomorrow. The dentist is in my top ten terrifying experiences and I can't believe they can fit me in so quickly - possibly because I have big flashing lights and a siren that goes off when the call my records up saying phobic. They always rush me in quickly sometimes they book out appointments before in case I arrive five mins early and they can rush my straight in. To be fair my dentist Danny is pretty awesome and had always looked after me very well. I have no idea why I get in such a state. Well at 4.40 tomorrow I will be sobbing and digging my nails I to my skin.

I will take the boys for a walk in the morning. Monkey can show pongo his new obsession of spotting teddies in windows of shops on our power walk. Oh and I am baby sitting Beth all day tomorrow.
