Sitting In The Snowdrops

............ grey and damp today, so I’ve not been out.
I’ve been sorting out a few more drawers in the kitchen - trying to make better use of the space. Still two large base units to do but that can wait until the weekend ;-)

The doorbell rang this morning and I opened the door to see John ( who has been our regular postman for many years- we frequently have a quick chat or share a joke) - standing there holding a box of ‘ flowers by post’ with a card addressed to me, tucked in the side of it ........ “Happy Valentines Day” he said grinning all over his face - I told him jokingly “ be quiet, my husband’s upstairs”, which he found most amusing.
The flowers and card were from my daughter for my birthday tomorrow, which I had guessed, but it doesn’t stop John being most amused that I ‘apparently’ get lots of valentines cards ;-)))
