Writing a letter

After a sprint cycle class this morning I headed back home.  The weather has been very variable with the sun appearing at times, some rain and a rainbow then back to cloudy and ending fairly clear.  

I looked at today's mono Monday challenge hosted by Jensphotos and saw the theme was communication.  I wasn't sure what I would blip but as I was about to leave the house for a trip into town I spotted that my husband was writing a letter and quietly took a few shots.  He was sending some photos of our grandson on to both his cousin and aunt and enclosing a letter.  Rather an old fashioned form of communication now, using a pen and paper but nice to receive.
