Siskin

I had a marking day today so I gave myself half an hour off mid afternoon to blip the birds in the elder tree. At one point I counted: blue tits, great tits, coal tits, chaffinches, a nuthatch, collared doves, sparrows, a dunnock, long tailed tits and jackdaws in addition to several siskins.

Later I put out the pastry scraps from my chicken and veg pie for tea, and caught this greedy chap!
